If your order arrived damaged or defective, please contact us right away, quoting your details. We'll let you know whether you need to return the item or send a photograph. If you do need to make a return simply send your order, in the original packaging if possible, along with the order number. When we receive the returned item or photograph we will then organise the refund or replacement
